How To Start Selling

To start selling on Kwannda first you need to create a free seller account for your business on your computer or your mobile device.

Upload your logo and business description. Now your seller page is ready.

Next step:

1. Upload clean and actual pictures of agricultural items you want to sell

2. Enter product description, available quantity and price.

3. When adding a product, do not include your contact information (phone no, address, email id) in the ‘Description’ section.

4. Interested buyers will place their order and make payment to our escrow account.

5. You (the seller) will be notified by SMS and email immediately an order has been placed.

6. You can either ship the goods through our associated freight company or ship directly to the customer by yourself.

7. If you're shipping through our freight company, we collect the goods from your doorstep and delivers to the customer.

8. Once the customer receives and confirm the goods then we shall release the money to your bank account and notify you.

That is the entire process.

Please ensure to only ship quality goods to the customer. If there is any defect always let the customer know before shipping. This is to avoid rejections.

If your product is rejected by the customer due to defects that you did not communicate to the customer before shipping the goods, you (the seller) will bear the shipping costs.

To avoid returns and maintain a trustworthy relationships, please ship only high quality products to the customers.

Shipping Information for Sellers:

The customer pays for the delivery during the checkout process. The shipping cost is calculated based on their delivery address. You are notified immediately an order is placed.

We collect the goods from your location and deliver to the customer's address (tracking information available). We transfer the proceeds of sale to you in less than 24hous after the customer confirms the delivery.

Alternatively, you (the seller) can deliver the goods directly to the customer. Customers can also chose to visit the seller's farmer and take delivery themselves.

But, please note that any financial otherwise transaction that happens outside of Kwannda is at the parties' own risk. If something goes wrong we shall not get involve.

The reason we provide an escrow service is to protect members from losing their money.
